Laurence Hillman is the founder of the Hillman School.

Born and raised in Zürich, Switzerland, Laurence has been a passionate student of the ancient mysteries for forty years.

He is a full-time archetypal consultant and teacher, using ancient techniques, including astrology, for the modern world. His ability to recognize underlying archetypes both in organizations and in individuals has brought him recognition worldwide.

In organizations he shows how, on an archetypal level, leadership is, or is not, aligned with their stated mission. With private clients he specializes in helping them understand their deeper purpose and their life's calling - especially in these challenging times.

He has lectured internationally and conducted workshops at the Globe Theatre in London where he blended Shakespeare and Astrology. At the Cycles & Symbols Conference in California, he lectured on Venus in America (co-presented with his father James Hillman). He has also taught at Jean Houston's Mystery School, at Pacifica Graduate Institute, in Findhorn, and he has been a repeated guest lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis. He has taught small study groups and private students across the US.

A force in the ongoing movement to merge astrology with depth psychology, his approach is practical and full of metaphor and Jungian insight.

He is the author of Planets in Play - How to Reimagine Your Life Through the Language of Astrology and the co-author of Alignments - How to Live in Harmony with the Universe.

Laurence holds an MBA, an MCM (Masters in Construction Management), as well as a degree in Architecture. He also holds a doctorate in Leadership Psychology from Meridian University.

He has traveled extensively in more than forty countries and is fluent in five languages.

Wellness alchemist Stephanie Gailing weaves together archetypal insights, dreamwork, compassion-based coaching, and flower essence therapy. A mystery diviner and awareness inspirer, Stephanie loves helping others to recognize the poetry and magic in life while also providing them with practical lifestyle strategies to galvanize their well-being. Her work in the realm of sleep and dreams has included curating the Dream Apothecary online journal, teaching workshops, and co-leading Dream Co:Lab immersions where participants explore their dreams for forty days.

Based in Seattle, she frequently travels to New York City, and works with clients all over the world. Stephanie and her work have been featured in Seattle Times, Seattle Magazine, City Arts, Marie Claire, Global Times, The Mountain Astrologer, and AstroStyle. Mark Jones, licensed Psychosynthesis therapist, hypnotherapist, writer and speaker, as well as internationally acclaimed archetypal astrologer, specializes in the exploration and utilization of archetypes to facilitate a synthesis within the individual of ego and soul, resulting in alignment of intention, meaning, expression, and service. 

Mark's lectures and workshops, whether in Europe, the United States, or beyond, consistently attract record numbers for their host conference and generate overwhelming demand for individual consultation.  His books Healing the Soul: Pluto, Uranus and the Lunar Nodes (2011) and The Soul Speaks: the Therapeutic Potential of Astrology (2015) establish the fertile correspondence between astrology and spiritually aligned psychology.

His clientele spans the globe with his work taking him across the Atlantic multiple times per year to lecture and conduct workshops on the discovery of one's true, authentic self and the healing and removal of barriers to internal freedom.

Simon Heathcote is a licensed psychotherapist and healer who has a background as a college lecturer and writer and has taught extensively on spirituality and recovery principles in a number of institutions, most notably working for eight years with city traders at the world-renowned The Priory Roehampton.

Simon is a specialist partner with The Arrigo Programme, winner of Best Holistic Hideaway 2015 at the prestigious Conde Nast Traveller Spa Awards ceremony in London.

He has developed a unique way of working, drawing on Jungian concepts, mysticism and archetypal psychology, to help return clients to their essence or deep soul. He spent many years running group therapy sessions.

An award-winning writer, former newspaper editor and national broadsheet travel writer, he underwent a profound inner journey of meditation which he brings to his work. He spoke on BBC Radio 4’s PM Show, and was involved in the UK Men’s Movement in its pioneering days in the 1990s.

An internationally known psycho-educator in the field of emerging leadership and an advocate of the Earth, Laura Larriva blends her deep love of conscious dance, mythology, ecology, and the study of many nature-based traditions into powerful, embodied explorations of Soul.
